SWEDISH INSTITUTE FOR DISABILITY RESEARCH
The Swedish institute for disability research (SIDR) is a cooperation between the universities of Linköping and Örebro together with Jönköping University. The SIDR graduate programme is a leading european research programme in disability. Disability research is an interdisciplinary subject and covers both medical and technical, as well as behavioural and social aspects.
Hearing prize for Stig Arlinger Professor Emeritus in technical audiology, has received the 2016 Grand Hearing Prize. He is being given the prize for being behind the digital hearing aid.
