When and how personal data may be used, it is governed by, inter alia, the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR) and governed by other regulations governing the assignments of Linköping University Holding in various branches of Linköping University, Region Östergötland, Swedish Agency for Growth and SweLife. Linköping University Holding AB is the person responsible for the information we collect.

The legal bases that are primarily relevant to Linköping University Holding AB are the balance of interests, authority and consent. In short, this means that we process personal information when it is necessary to make effective efforts in our mission, to enable follow-up of our efforts in various missions and to make decisions that affect individuals.
