The audience will receive some hands-on tips and strategies to develop and strengthen the academic writing. Further, there will be focus on how researchers can find new forms for an effective narration and reach out, beyond the academic readers.
- Marta Szebehely, professor i in social work – "To research in social work and participate in the societal debate and media".
To what extent can and should we as researchers participate in the societal debate and how should vi relate to the media? What are the possibilities and risks with choosing to engage outside the academy – and if we choose not to engage? Marta will start give some reflections from a long experience as a researcher with a lot of media contact.
