The course focuses on the four freedoms. However, also competition law is studied. Analysis are made of the practice of the European Court of Justice, whereby at the beginning of the course the focus is on the development of EU law as to its effects on national law in general. All seminars and lectures are compulsorily. The course requires the student to be highly active and very well prepared when attending the seminars.
