In an increasingly globalised and capitalist world predominately organised based on historically established racial and gender asymmetries, can we devise strategies that help us make organisations more equal and just for everyone?

This course is intended for students interested in delving into how organisations perpetuate multiple forms of inequality and what practical possibilities of intervening and restoring justice we have at our disposal.

The lectures draw on gender studies literature, intersectional and decolonial feminist theory, as well as articles that critically discuss different forms of inequality in organisations. Complementary, the seminars are particularly designed to offer students the opportunity to imagine and experiment with possible ways of implementing positive organisational change; for instance, you will have the chance to do independent research, work in groups, and draw on your own experiences and memories with organisational injustice/inequality.
