Research area

Legal research with particular interest in property law, tax law and accounting law issues.

Ongoing research concerns particular legal issues in civil law, tax law and accounting law that arise from the introduction of new property items such as Bitcoins, allowances, certificates, entitlements, etc. Questions that specifically addressed is to what extent the existing legal regulation of these new property items are in compliance with regulatory purposes. The legal analysis of the matters arising are based on issues in a sertain legal area but also consider the findings of a broader, interdisciplinary legal perspective.
