Avid user of storytelling as a bridge for knowledge transfer between practice and academy. My orchestrating leadership style is well suited for research and innovation and I also make great use of it in the classroom as a teacher.
I find it important for my students to get out of the classroom and gain practical experience. I wish to show them the complexity of practice which they are to handle as reflective practitioners after their graduation.
I am founder and leader for Praktikforskarna which coordinate researchers and reflective practitioners interested in digitalization from an organizational onset. We focus the “inner life” of organizations with the purpose of achieving increased presence and activity in a digitalized society.
