My research is focused on solution-processed metal oxide and metal halide perovskite thin films, from both precursor solutions and colloidal nanocrystals, and their applications in optoelectronic devices including solar cells, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), detectors, and thin-film transistors.

I have devoted myself to emerging metal halide perovskite solar cells and LEDs, focusing on improving the operational stability of the devices.

Besides, I have rich experience in designing and optimizing thin film properties of metal oxide interlayers in solar cells and LEDs, aiming to improve the interfacial contacts and mitigate their negative effects on the efficiency and stability of optoelectronic devices
