Environmental engineer taking a holistic perspective
My research interests lie in innovation, entrepreneurship and the environment. I tend to look at products and services in a holistic and systems perspective, that is, from source to consumption and return as well as the different stakeholders.
My current research project is a part of the Resource-Efficient and Effective Solutions programme and involves looking into engineering design methods in a systems perspective and especially into how to evaluate and analyse such methods. It combines knowledge in engineering design, environmental and systems engineering as well as project management. I have a BSc in industrial engineering, an MS in supply chain management and an MSc in energy and environmental engineering. My past experience ranges from statistical data interpretation to waste management in developing countries.
