Researchers recives funding from Volkswagen Foundation

REMESO, the Institute for Research on Migration, Ethnicity and Society, has been granted funding from the German Volkswagen Foundation for a major project. The project will explore the rise of populist and xenophobic movements and parties in today's Europe.

The project will receive a total of approximately SEK 10 million, of which a quarter will fund research at REMESO. Other partners in the project come from the universities of Vienna, Belgrade and Rijeka (Croatia) as well as Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany, which also coordinates the collaboration.
