An interdisciplinary research seminar by the LiU Junior Faculty and the Ingemar Ingemarsson Foundation for Interdisciplinarity.
What kind of knowledge becomes possible when researchers move beyond disciplinary boundaries?
The Ingemar Ingemarsson Foundation for Interdisciplinary Research and Junior Faculty invite you to an interdisciplinary research seminar, on 14 October 2026, 13.15-16.00 on Campus Valla, exploring how collaboration across disciplines can generate new questions, methods, and solutions that would not emerge within a single field.
The seminar brings together four speakers whose work spans psychology, mechanics, service innovation, manufacturing, sustainability, healthcare, and innovation ecosystems. Through short presentations and a concluding panel discussion, speakers will reflect on both the opportunities and challenges of interdisciplinary collaboration.
We warmly welcome Linköping University researchers from all disciplines and career stages.
