After having completed the course, the students will have the ability to communicate verbally in French and actively take part in discussions and will be able to read and understand relevant texts of different types. The students will have a good command of general words and phrases with a concentration on technical and economic terminology as well as have a good fundamental knowledge of France today
Course content
The course is given in French with the following elements: Oral presentations -Readings of and discussions around articles, technical texts and literature – Project related work-The study of French society and business culture.
Teaching and working methods
The lectures are mainly held in seminar format and are based on the students actively taking part in discussions and oral reports as well as doing grammar exercises.
The course runs over the entire semester.
