This course is a more advanced version of Contemporary Research Issues in Ethics, Science and Policy. Like that course, it takes as central tasks in policy work to interpret, explain and use new research information. The course readings include a recently published book in either philosophy of science or applied ethics. The issues covered in the book will be addressed with regard to policy and from a theoretical point of view.
