Online Fairs
Meet us at one of the many Study in Sweden Online Fairs this autumn.
Here you can chat live with Swedish universities and Study in Sweden staff. This is a great way to get all your answers in one place. We recommend you to pick the fair that best matches where you are and your time zone. If that date doesn’t work for you then you’re welcome to join whichever fair. All fairs are free, held in English, and you can join as many fairs ase you want and need.
For more information, check out Study in Sweden's website.

Prospective students
Exchange students
Exchange students are selected by their home universities. For information about exchange programmes, agreements, admissions, and applications, please contact the international coordinator at your home university.
For students from partner universities with formal exchange agreements, you can read more about coming on exchange to LiU.
Non-degree students
If you are interested in independently organised studies including single-subject courses taught in English, you can read more about it on our dedicated page.
Doctoral students
Please note that PhD programmes in Sweden are usually individual employment positions offered by universities and external funding bodies, and therefore are advertised and applied for as a job. There are no fees and you will receive a salary.
See our vacancies page for open positions and to register for updates.
