First international donation

Linköping University has received its first international donation. Ingrid Bock, resident in the US, has donated to Professor Markus Heilig’s internationally renowned research on new ways to treat addiction.

A retreat for academic and personal development

Viveka’s knowledge retreat continues to inspire PhD students with a combination of hands-on workshops, in-depth discussions and a strong sense of community.

Donation of 1.5 million to Child Studies

The Högbom-Cocozza Foundation is donating approximately SEK 1.5 million to Child Studies at Linköping University. The donation is intended to fund a postdoctoral position for two years.

Large donation equals five new professors at LiU

A donation of SEK 125 million enables the establishment of five new professorships in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Linköping University. The donation is directed to the subjects of economics, political science, and history.
