This course gives an overview of the core Intellectual Property Rights, i.e. Patents, Trademarks, Design, and Copyright, with a particular focus on the different possibilities of protecting computer soft- and hardware.
The course is given in the form of lectures, where student discussions are encouraged. The course ends with a written examination.
