About MigraMovies

MigraMovies is a collaborative project between the Linköping University’s Master Program in Ethnic and Migration Studies (EMS), the Department of Culture and Society (IKOS) and CNEMA, Norrköping Municipality.

The project feature films that in one way or another touch on migration, ethnic identities, racism, and discrimination, as well as how ethnicization and diversity affect city life, local communities and work. Each film is introduced by a researcher or critic, who provides an input based on their activities. With this input, which allows film to meet research, we also want to reflect on the role of art in shaping political and social issues.

MigraMovies has no entry fee!
