Viveka’s Knowledge Retreat 2026

PhD students in the humanities or social sciences are invited to participate in a four-day knowledge retreat on the theme of communication. The event will take place at a countryside conference venue (to be decided in February). Travel, accommodation and food are covered. Further information and a registration link will be provided in the spring.

Linköping University PhD students in the humanities and social sciences can take part in an annual cross-disciplinary knowledge retreat offering intellectual exchanges and innovative workshops in a beautiful setting in Åtvidaberg.

Viveka Adelswärd’s SEK four million donation to Linköping University is inspired by her own experiences as a doctoral student. Her aim is to recreate, on a small scale, the environment and atmosphere she was part of.
