Helena Hemmingsson from the Department of Social and Welfare Studies (ISV) is involved together with 16 researchers from the Swedish network for disability researchers in a discussion article about LSS – the Swedish Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments.

“The Government must reclaim control over LSS – the Swedish Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments. Restrictive legal practice has eroded the LSS reform,” write researchers from the Swedish network for disability researchers.
