Description

SenseHub is an ear or neck transponder that collects data in the herd. The transponder records heat, rumination, activity and health. The information is converted into reports that can be used in the herd to monitor heat and thus improve the success of sowings, but also to monitor the health of the animals. The system is user-friendly and can be accessed from a smartphone, tablet or computer. Internet is necessary for the system to send information to devices outside the barn. However, the system works without internet inside the barn, ie you always get the information from the computer connected to the same router as the so-called controller.

The coverage area is about 200x500 metres, if you want an even larger area, you can reinforce the system with an antenna. The different transponders can be combined in a crew or used individually. The transponder in the ear is attached like an ear tag, but with different pliers. The advantage of this is that it flashes if an animal needs further investigation. The neck strap is attached around the neck like a normal neck strap. Disadvantages can be that the animals can drop the transponders and that the mounting of transponders requires fixation of animals. Price depends on how many transponders you want.
