The course deals with various areas of organizational theory. Special emphasis is placed on innovation and technology management, identity and culture, initiatives for promoting healthy working life and employee well-being. Present-day organizational activities in workplaces such as sustainability, ethics, equality and diversity are discussed. The course focuses on a multiple-perspective. Contemporary organizational activities are discussed in detail.
