PhD student

PhD Candidate in the Organic BioElectronics group (OBE)

Profile

I obtained my bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and a master's degree in Bioelectronics and Nanotechnology from Hasselt University, Belgium 2018-2023. Afterward, I worked as a research assistant in the Soft and Stretchable Electronics (SoftEs) group within the Laboratory of Organic Electronics at Linköping University. I am currently pursuing my PhD in the Organic Bioelectronics (OBE) group at Linköping University (2024-2028), where my research focuses on the interface between organic conjugated polymer materials and living cells. My work aims to develop bioelectronic platforms capable of interfacing and stimulating individual cells, contributing to advances in single-cell studies and electronic–biological integration.
