I am the Programme Director at the Programme Board for Industrial Engineering and Logistics, Faculty of Science and Engineering at Linköping University.

The work as a Faculty Programme Director

As a Programme Director at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, I am a member of the management group for undergraduate and graduate education and specifically work in the management of a program board. The program board and its working groups are responsible for development and quality assurance of our education programmes. I have a unifying role in the work of ensuring, together with students, teachers, researchers, faculty and industry, that our programs are developed to respond to the evolving needs of the business community, the scientific community and societal development in general.

As a Programme Director, together with the chair of the program board, I follow up on course and program evaluations and initiate and lead change management. Changes can apply to both our education programs and our internal work processes. I ensure that course syllabi, program syllabi and curriculums are updated and designed in accordance with applicable regulations. I participate in national and international conferences and networks on education matters. I drive the development of the program board’s international student exchanges and handle the credit transfer of studies abroad.

The Program Board for Industrial Engineering and Logistics is responsible for:
