Studied to become a teacher in mathematics, physics and chemistry at Linköping University and has worked as a teacher at primary school, high school and university.
Also works as a professional photographer - is partially on leave from LiU.
Has previously worked as a coach within the Swedish national orienteering team, the Swedish national athletics team and started and ran LiU elite sports.
