When the photobook “Swedish Dads” was turned into an exhibition by the Swedish Institute, the picture of Swedish dads on parental leave was changed. In the book, they were portrayed as ordinary – in the exhibition, they were presented as exceptional.

Sarah Mitchell from South Africa and Ahmed Azeez from Iraq came to Linköping University to take a master’s programme. They liked it so much that they stayed, and are today both doctoral students at LiU.
