My path after graduation and what I do today

After graduating, I started as an intern at Continental and helped build the prototype shop for the first high voltage batteries, moving forward I became global program manager at Magna. 2019 I founded and became CEO of a startup building a global platform for product compliance that is currently focusing on the automotive industry.

Why LiU?

I wanted to experience Sweden and its culture. LiU was the university offering the programme I was interested in, and I learned to work in a team of people of different nationalities. LiU enabled me to do what I do today.

I loved the harmony of studying and life in general, and something I fondly remember is “semlor” (Swedish Lent buns) - I love cardamom.

Advice for future students

Go for it. Respect other cultures and always challenge yourself – it will bring out the best in you.
