The County Council of Östergötland can sometimes offer medical students an elective placement as a free-mover student. You need to have C 1-level Swedish at the time of application. This is their website, where more information can be found. It has to be added that the number of places is limited. If you are selected, you will also be admitted to Linköping University.
It is not possible to come as an Erasmus placement student.
