This project aims to evaluate the current trauma care quality in a resource-poor setting by retrospectively and prospectively studying adult trauma patients at MTRH in Eldoret, to improve trauma care efficiency. The ICD-based Injury Severity Score (ICISS*) derived from and validated on hospital data will be used. Patient data will be derived from records.
