This course provides students with knowledge on how people behave in organisations and the role of leadership in contemporary organisations. The course offers an interdisciplinary perspective and provides students with insights into international state-of –the-art theories of organisational behaviour and leadership, and practical cases and examples of Swedish and international firms.
