I am responsible for the following questions:
- development of the NSC organization
- project activities
- environmental- and working environment issues
- recruitment and staffing
- handling of HR-cases
- salary review process
- PDD (Personal Development Dialogues) and skills development
- follow-up the internal activities and economy
- coordination and follow-up of order from SNIC (The Swedish National Infrastructure for Computing)
