Presentation

Organizational and Social Work Environment for Physicians in Swedish Primary Care

In my research, I explore how the work environment for physicians in primary care in Sweden is influenced by various types of changes, such as how digitalization and the pandemic have impacted the organizational and social work environment, as well as what lessons employees have learned from experiencing these changes. We also examine the success factors that contribute to creating a positive organizational and social work environment in primary care.
