PhD student
I am a PhD student working on Gaussian Splatting, a fast and photorealistic way to represent and render 3D scenes. My research aims to make 3D and 4D (dynamic) scene representations both higher quality and more compact.
Presentation
I am a PhD student in the Media and Information Technology (MIT) division at the Department of Science and Technology (ITN), Linköping University, supervised by Jonas Unger and Ehsan Miandji. My research focuses on Gaussian Splatting, covering rendering-quality improvement for 3D and dynamic 4D scenes as well as compression and efficiency of Gaussian-based representations. I started my PhD in January 2025 within the Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program (WASP).
