My role as financial administrator

As a financial administrator at CMIV, I work closely with my colleagues and provide support in various areas. My responsibilities include invoice management, orders and purchases for CMIV, as well as scheduling meetings with accompanying refreshments or lunch. I am also responsible for registrations for the MRI safety training, managing access to CMIV, and other administrative tasks related to courses and visits.

My responsibilities:

  • Purchasing administrator
  • Handling supplier and customer invoices
  • Contact person for MRI safety training
  • Access coordinator at CMIV, including management of access cards
  • Representing CMIV in matters related to the premises
