For returning students or those with a new phone:
- If you have a new phone or have been a student at LiU before: start by clearing the devices you have previously registered in LiU’s system before setting up your two-step verification again. You can do this via https://reset.tsv.liu.se.
- Then continue by following the manual below to add your new device.

Note! You need both a mobile phone and a computer or tablet when you go through the activation process. The interfaces might vary slightly depending on which type of unit you’re using.
