This research-oriented programme was just the thing for Sonali, since she was planning to undertake doctoral studies related to children and young people after her master's studies.

My role, as a pediatric occupational therapist, is to support children and families individually as well as developing evidence-based group programmes to help develop their skills and help them participate in society as the wish to do.

My consulting work led me to write a book that studied childhood as its own culture, and in the course of researching for that book, I discovered the field of Child Studies.
