The Swedish Energy Agency has awarded SEK 4.6 million for a research project to examine the role of the controller in the transition to sustainable energy. The project will be based at Business Administration at LiU.

Digitalisation changes not only interactions between a supplier and a customer but also how a customer journey can be managed. Lisa Lundin, a PhD student in industrial marketing at LiU, has researched how a supplier can digitalise customer journeys.
