The Terahertz Materials Analysis Center (THeMAC) is a central open-access facility at IFM, Linköping University (LiU) built around the only Terahertz (THz) frequency domain ellipsometer and THz optical Hall effect instrument in Europe.

The LiU-UFBA network is a research and education network in materials science based in Linköping University (Sweden) and Federal University of Bahia (Brazil).

Our research focuses on the development of novel semiconductor materials for high-frequency and power electronics.
