A peer student is a Swedish student that can introduce you to Swedish culture and student life at LiU.
The purpose of our peer student programme is to create a greater interaction between exchange and Swedish students. A peer student sometimes also help you with practical matters. Our peer students are volunteers who want to meet new people from different cultures.

The peer programme at Linköping University is run by the student organisation Erasmus Student Network (ESN) and is open for all students.

If you are interested in having a peer student at Linköping University, please sign up on the Erasmus Student Network website. Once you have been assigned a peer student, he or she will contact you via email. If nobody contacts you by the time you arrive in Sweden, please visit one of the student coordinators and she will do her best to help you!

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences has its own peer student programme, and students at the faculty do not need to sign up.
