First stop on campus

If you will study in Linköping, your first stop should be to the International Office (IO) in Studenthuset on Campus Valla (even if you will attend classes at the University Hospital Campus). You will receive a welcome package and other important information from the IO. On Arrival Days the IO will be open from 11:00 till 20:00.

If you will study on Campus Norrköping, make sure to go to the IO in Kåkenhus, room 2342 or visit the Student Services Desk as soon as possible after your arrival, so we can welcome you and so you can receive your welcome pack. Norrköping students are also always welcome to visit the IO on Campus Valla too. There is a free bus service between the three LiU campuses in East Sweden– but you will need your LiU ID card for the trip to be free.

Keys for accommodation organised by LiU

Students studying in Linköping who have received accommodation via LiU will have to pick up the keys for your room from the IO (Student Building on Campus Valla). If you arrive outside office hours, you will have to arrange for accommodation at a hotel or youth hostel for the first night.

Students studying in Norrköping will receive detailed information about key pick up via email before arrival.
