Work is considered to be one of the most important criteria for integration. Therefore, the successful integration in the labour market is a key question for a sustainable society.

To put a light on this, Hammam Skaik and Andrea Nold have organized a workshop to discuss  inclusion in the Swedish labour market. Therefore, on behalf of the international master’s programme in Ethnic and Migration Studies at Linköping University (LiU) and in cooperation with LiU’s Initiative for Refugee Questions, they have the pleasure to invite you to a one-day workshop “Let’s Talk Inclusion: Integration in the Swedish Labour Market”. The workshop tackles questions of the inclusiveness of the processes of labour market integration and highlights the challenges and good practices of a more inclusive labour market.

The one-day workshop will be held on the 25th of April 2019 on Campus Norrköping in room KO23, Kopparhammaren. The workshop will consist of presentation sessions in the morning followed by a group work discussion in the afternoon. Participation is highly welcome from researchers, civil society actors, public services and students. The event is open for the public and will be held in English.
