As CEO of Unitalent AB my job is to match students with temporary consulting assignments and to provide companies and the public sector with talent from LiU. The students help our customers by providing new approaches and creative solutions.

Matching students with qualified student jobs

I have the privilege to meet many talented students who wants to try their knowledge outside of their studies, and it is my job to match them with interesting assignments. I hope that through Unitalent the students get relevant working experience and that it ultimately leads to a shorter period between studies and working life.

I also believe that it is important for the region that students get the opportunity to meet the local business community, I think it increases the likelihood that students stay in the region after graduation.
