As part of the International Student Recruitment Team my tasks mainly involves the ones below:
- Assisting prospective international student before, during and after the application process on an individual basis.
- Handling individual inquiries via our CRM-system, chat, phone and other medias.
- Recruitment, training and coordination of international student ambassadors
- Responsible for the annual telephone campaign to increase the conversion rate of newly admitted applicants
- Participation in marketing activities such as webinars for prospective or admitted students
- Participation in international recruitment fairs
- As part of the Student Recruitment Team I work closely with my colleagues at the Admissions Office.
