Senior Librarian

The library’s different search services and systems for information retrieval are designed to deliver scientific information resources and a good user experience. It is my job to see that this is achieved.

Library Systems Manager

The term “library systems” encompasses a complex web of search services, catalogue, link server and other systems for information retrieval and administration. Together, they make up a crucial part of the library’s services to patrons and internal workflows.

As library systems manager, my duties are both of a specific kind, such as library system and interface administration, and overall planning of systems development. I coordinate the development-to-implementation process, which includes internal and external testing and quality management.

Ideas and technical solutions that support the library’s goals to put users in focus and achieve solutions that suit their wishes and needs are the basis of my work. Let me hear from you if you want to talk about these or related issues.
