Associate Professor
Entrepreneurship has an important role increasing growth, sustainability and profitability. In my research, I am interested in how entrepreneurship within an organization, intrapreneurship, can be facilitated.
Intrapreneurship as an engine of corporate renewal
Intrapreneurship, entrepreneurship within existing organizations, has an important role in solving today's complex societal challenges. Intrapreneurship is often an unutilized engine finding new solutions for organizations that lead to growth, sustainability and profitability.
I teach project management, organization, entrepreneurship, innovation and idea development, mostly at the Faculty of Technology.
