As Head of Administration, I have the task of actively supporting the Head of Department in his mission to lead and guide the department.

Presentation

I lead and coordinate the administrative activities at the department and I’m also the Head of the Professional Support Division.

This means that I am responsible for ensuring that the department has effective and efficient administrative processes in the following areas:

Economy
Human Resources
Working environment issues
Infrastructure management such as locale and furniture issues
Information / communication
Procurement
Registry and archive management
Education
Research
Postgraduate education
Other administrative processes and procedures
