- To maintain machine park at the flow unit
- Education in cytometry, that is, holding flow and diver licenses courses to user
- Give advice to users how to set up a cytometry experiment
- Work as ambassador for the new mass cytometry technic
- Be available as an application specialist in cytometry for researchers or groups
