My research is focused on design and interaction analysis of peptides and proteins, mainly for sensing and bioassay purposes but also in a more fundamental context. My experience also involves biosensor surface design and immobilization chemistry.
My main teaching activities include a master level course in Proteomics and a course in Fluorescence spectroscopy for PhD students.
I am currently heading the programme board responsible for educational programmes within Chemistry, Biology and Biotechnology.
