Associate Professor

My research is related to differential equations and their generalizations. As a math teacher, I am enthused by the possibilities of digitalization within STEM-instruction and learning.

Presentation

Since 2019, I have been working as a senior lecturer within the Math Unit at Department of Science and Technology in Norrköping. My mathematical background lies in measure theory and integration, function space, first order analysis on metric spaces, and non-linear potential theory.

Recently, I have been studying inverse problems regarding neural ordinary differential equations and mathematical modelling of brain tumors.

In addition to the usual in-class teaching of various math courses at campus Norrköping, I have developed multiple digital learning materials such as interactive visualizations and sonifications of various mathematical concepts in GeoGebra and JSXGraph. Using the learning platform Möbius, my colleagues and I have created individual practice problems and midterms/exams, where the students receive immediate feedback on their work. Moreover, we have launched a fully digital summer course, Preparatory Mathematics, which bridges the gap between high school and university mathematics. Our work with digital learning materials have been covered in a case study at DigitalEd.
