I work as a financial officer 50% at the Department of Mathematics and 50% at the Department of Electrical Engineering (ISY).

My finance assignments within the Sida-funded bilateral research programmes with Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Cambodia at the Department of Mathematics are:

  • make annual reports
  • review and compile reports from the programmes' Swedish partners
  • participate in budget work
  • prepare documentation for audits
  • collect and review audit reports
  • manage transfers to partner universities
  • manage payments and prepare agreements.

My responsibilities at the Department of Electrical Engineering (ISY) include:

  • quality assurance of accounting
  • handling of requisitions
  • financial reports based on the needs of the activities
