LiU hosted The Swedish academic conference for additive manufacturing of metals in January 2025

LiU Composite Laboratory (LCL) is the name of a newly established laboratory at Linköping University. Here, research into polymer composite materials will be conducted in collaboration with industry and other universities.

In this project we aim to investigate if thin ply composites show a better fatigue performance after impact than conventional prepregs.

This research project aims to present a method that could use conventional materials in OOA (out of autoclave) manufacturing for composite.

From June 2021, Mohamed Loukil started his position as associate professor at division of Engineering Materials. Dr. Loukil has ten years of experience in polymer composites. Now he will develop composite material research field at LiU.

Cyrine Ben Belagem, a guest PhD student from University of Sfax in Tunisia, is visiting the Division of Engineering Materials to perform material characterizations using Scanning Electron Microscope.
